Brian Mark
25 years of experience focusing on property acquisitions, due diligence and asset management. Oversees strategic growth of the company as well as accounting, financial reporting, lease negotiations, and tenant relations. Directed financial reporting for DIM Vastgoed, N.V., a publicly traded real estate fund on the Euronext Stock Exchange in Holland with a $500M+ portfolio. Founding partner of Avison Young-Florida, leading six years of growth that increased revenue by 10x. Scott Auker
30+ years of experience focusing on strategy, acquisitions, underwriting, capital improvements, and asset management. Has acquired, developed, or constructed over $1 billion of commercial projects across the US. Former founding partner of Avison Young-Florida, one of Florida's largest real estate service companies. Former founder of ADI, which developed/acquired multiple eight-figure projects across Florida. Michael Fay
Michael has 37 years of experience assisting property owners in strategically positioning their assets to realize the greatest value. His involvement in over $16 billion in transactions has led to an enviable depth of relationships. Currently, he is the Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young's Miami office, Chairman of the U.S. Capital Markets Executive Committee, and is consistently recognized as their top producer. Michael also serves as Chairman of Fay Family Investments. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from LaGrange College and has completed the Executive Diplomacy program at the Washington International Diplomatic Academy.

Jared Starr
Jared has 25 years of experience sourcing, underwriting, and managing real estate investments to maximize value. He is the Founder and President of Red Starr Investments, a real estate fund that has made over 60 investments since 2010. Jared was also a founding Principal of Latus Partners, a real estate fund. His past work experience includes roles at Ritchie Capital, a $3 billion multi-strategy hedge fund, and TJAC, Inc., the largest commercial real estate developer in the Caribbean, where he also worked for PMI/Southeast Regional Management, the management arm of TJAC. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.

Shane Nixon
Shane has over 20 years of experience in real estate asset and construction management, overseeing large portfolios. He currently serves as the Head of Asset Management for SUNCAP, where he supervises capital improvements and third-party management teams.

David Zylstra
David has over 8 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting. He is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting for the SUNCAP portfolio. Previously, he served as the Corporate Controller for Avison Young's Florida region, managing a $40 million budget.

Michael Parrot
Michael focuses on securing off-market property acquisitions for SUNCAP. His experience includes utilizing a tech-driven proprietary combination of software services to make direct contact with targeted asset owners.

Jessica has over 9 years of real estate management experience. She assists in asset management for SUNCAP, overseeing capital improvements and third-party management teams.

Jacki Smith
Jacki is the Property Accountant at SUNCAP, overseeing the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions. She has 15 years of experience in real estate accounting, having worked at Avison Young, Stiles, and Crocker Partners.

Daphne Smolka
